As global outdoor power distribution box scenarios (e.g., solar farms, municipal projects) raise requirements for equipment weather resistance, Tangshan Zhengcheng Electric has upgraded the core material technology of ZCEBOX plastic distribution box junction boxes, meeting international environmental and safety standards while adapting to extreme climates.
ZCEBOX uses modified ABS+PC alloy instead of traditional pure ABS: with added anti-UV additives, after 1000 hours of intense UV irradiation (equivalent to 5 years of outdoor use) in xenon lamp aging tests, the box body’s color difference ΔE ≤ 1.2, with no cracking or deformation—solving the problem of sun aging in regions like the Middle East and Australia. Its flame retardancy reaches UL94 V0, self-extinguishing within 30 seconds when exposed to open fire, complying with EU CE and US UL fire safety requirements. Meanwhile, the material passes RoHS 2.0 environmental certification, with heavy metal content (lead, cadmium, etc.) far below limits, adapting to Europe’s "green procurement" policies.
In production, Tangshan Zhengcheng adopts integrated injection molding, with a box seam error ≤ 0.1mm. Equipped with aging-resistant silicone gaskets, it achieves IP66 protection, withstanding 100mm/h heavy rain for 24 hours without water seepage—suitable for Southeast Asia’s rainy season and North America’s typhoon scenarios. For foreign trade clients, the company offers material customization (e.g., adding anti-salt spray coating for coastal areas), with sufficient stock of regular products.
