Multi-Layer Waterproof: Install charging pile-specific waterproof quick connectors (IP68 grade, suitable for 6-10mm² charging cables) at wiring holes, with dual sealing rings built into the connectors; wrap waterproof self-fusing tape at joints after tightening lock nuts; fix the box cover with dual snap + screw fixation, and use weather-resistant EPDM rubber sealing strips (no low-temperature hardening or high-temperature aging risk);

Convenient Operation Design: Adopt anti-misinsertion terminals (with built-in polarity buckles, only matching corresponding plugs) to prevent reverse connection of positive and negative poles; reserve a quick maintenance window (core wiring area accessible within 30 seconds without removing the entire box), and laser etch current and voltage marks next to terminals (e.g., "AC 220V 32A"); reserve 10cm wire redundant length (fixed in "U-shape") to adapt to fine-tuning of charging pile installation position and avoid loose wiring caused by pulling.
