ZCEBOX low-voltage junction box (AC 220V/380V) complies strictly with GB 7251 and IEC 60439 standards, featuring wide compatibility, high safety and long service life. It requires no extra modification to meet standard low-voltage power distribution demands, suitable for indoor civil scenarios such as rooms and corridors, outdoor scenarios including community charging piles and garden power supply, as well as general industrial auxiliary wiring and lighting control circuits.
This junction box adopts anti-aging modified flame-retardant PP and glass fiber composite material, reaching UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade and FT2 low-smoke zero-halogen, low-toxicity standard. With an optimized UV-resistant and weatherproof formula, it works stably in -35℃~120℃ temperature range and achieves ISO 12944 C3+ corrosion resistance grade. It can resist outdoor exposure, indoor humidity, industrial dust and slight oil contamination, avoiding embrittlement, deformation and aging after long-term use.
Optimized with high-performance internal terminal system, it adopts integrated precision-cast silver-plated red copper terminals with ≥50A current capacity and ≤1mΩ contact resistance for stable and low-loss power transmission. Equipped with double-layer anti-loose shrapnels and insulation isolation plates, it prevents wire loosening under vibration, isolates strong and weak current interference and avoids maintenance electric contact risks. It fits 0.75-12.0mm² single-strand hard wires and multi-strand flexible wires with strong cable compatibility.
It features IP65 enhanced sealing structure with thickened silicone sealing rings and waterproof/dustproof plugs to block splash water, dust and mild corrosive gas. The built-in replaceable high-capacity moisture absorption module (moisture absorption ≥40g/100cm³) quickly removes internal condensed water, prevents terminal oxidation and short circuits, and effectively prolongs product service life.
Lightweight design (≤310g) supports wall-mounted and embedded dual installation, with reserved precise mounting holes and horizontal calibration lines for fast installation. It allows one-person 1-minute installation without professional tools. Tool-free quick-release buckles facilitate convenient opening and daily O&M. Modular terminal layout, wear-resistant laser marking and fixed cable grooves effectively prevent wire loosening, balancing safety and usability for long-term reliable low-voltage wiring.
