Disordered wires in junction boxes easily occupy too much space, affecting heat dissipation and maintenance. ZCEBOX shares 2 space optimization tips to make the internal layout more reasonable:

1. Fix wires in layers
Use the built-in layered card slots in ZCEBOX boxes to fix wires of different functions (e.g., lighting circuits, socket circuits) in layers—short wires on the upper layer and long wires on the lower layer. Avoid wire crossing and stacking to free up vertical space inside the box.
2. Make good use of corner space
Arrange the redundant length of wires into a "U-shape" and fix them at the corners of the box, away from the terminal connection area. This not only does not affect terminal operation but also prevents loose wires from occupying central space, allowing smoother air circulation inside the box.

Reasonable space planning keeps ZCEBOX junction boxes neat even in multi-wire scenarios.
