Junction boxes in new energy scenarios (photovoltaic power plants, energy storage systems) need to adapt to DC high-voltage and long-term outdoor operation characteristics, and are prone to risks such as polarity reverse connection and insulation breakdown. ZCEBOX shares 2 targeted wiring tips to ensure safe and stable system operation:

1.Dual Protection of Anti-Reverse Connection + Polarity
Prioritize ZCEBOX new energy special anti-reverse connection terminals (suitable for DC 1500V high-voltage scenarios). The terminals have a built-in one-way conduction structure, only allowing current to flow forward and automatically disconnecting when reversely connected; wires are uniformly marked according to "red = positive (+), black = negative (-)", with clear "+/-" scales next to the terminals. Match ZCEBOX polarity test pen (DC dedicated) to quickly verify polarity before wiring, avoiding equipment burnout due to reverse connection.
2.Protection Upgrade for High-Voltage Scenarios
The box body adopts high-voltage resistant modified material (insulation strength ≥25kV/mm), and the wiring holes are equipped with silicone rubber high-voltage sealing sleeves (suitable for 4-6mm² PV cables). When tightening the lock nut, ensure the cable insulation layer is fully wrapped without exposed conductors; when paralleling multiple strings of PV modules, connect ZCEBOX DC fuses in series for each circuit (rated current matches the maximum output current of the module, such as 10A/16A), and reserve ≥10cm heat dissipation spacing to prevent overcurrent heating under high voltage.
