Protection Performance Testing and Verification Tips for ZCEBOX Plastic Distribution Box Junction Boxes

1. 1. Simple Sealing Performance Test
2. Fill a spray bottle with clean water, spray evenly 20-30cm away from the box (simulating rainfall) for 30 seconds, then open the cover to check if there is water stain inside the box and if the wire insulation layer is damp. For industrial scenarios, apply soapy water to the sealing area and press the box to observe if bubbles are generated (bubbles indicate sealing gaps).
3. 2. Targeted Verification of Protection Level

• *Dustproof Verification: Sprinkle dry talcum powder evenly on the box gaps, let it stand for 10 minutes, wipe the surface, and open the cover to check for dust residue inside;

• *Waterproof Verification (IP65 and above models): Immerse the bottom of the box in 10cm deep clean water for 30 minutes, take it out, and confirm no water ingress inside the box and no moisture oxidation of terminals.
