Practical Tips to Avoid Terminal Overload for ZCEBOX Plastic Distribution Box Junction Boxes

Terminal overload is prone to causing heating and burnout, which is an important source of potential safety hazards in junction boxes. ZCEBOX shares 2 key control tips that are simple to implement:
- 1. Check terminal bearing parameters first
- ZCEBOX terminals are marked with rated current (e.g., 16A, 25A) and applicable wire gauge. Ensure the total current of connected wires does not exceed the rated value, and no more than 3 wires (2.5mm² and below) are connected to a single terminal.
- 2.Use branch terminals for expansion when overloaded
- If the number of wires to be connected exceeds the terminal capacity, use ZCEBOX special branch terminals to shunt multiple wires to multiple terminals, avoiding excessive load on a single terminal and ensuring circuit stability.
Controlling terminal load can reduce safety risks from the source.
