High-Density Wiring Optimization Tips for ZCEBOX Plastic Distribution Box Junction Boxes in Data Center Scenarios

Nov. 11, 2025
Data center scenarios (server rooms, network cabinets) feature high wiring density and complex cable types (power lines/network cables/fibers), which are prone to problems such as poor heat dissipation, confusing identification, and difficult maintenance. ZCEBOX shares 2 high-density wiring optimization tips that balance compliance and operation efficiency:
  1. 1.Layered Zoning + High-Density Terminal Adaptation
  2. Use ZCEBOX data center dedicated layered cable management kits (including 3-layer adjustable cable managers and cable separation combs) to implement vertical zoning: "upper layer = fiber/network cables (weak current), middle layer = server power cables (strong current), lower layer = grounding/spare cables" with a layer spacing of ≥8cm to ensure air circulation; select ZCEBOX high-density terminal modules (supporting 16-way wiring in a single row, only 12mm thick), which save 50% installation space compared to traditional terminals. The terminals have built-in wire number slots, matched with pluggable nameplates (marking cable numbers and corresponding server ports) for quick line positioning.
  3. 2.Heat Dissipation Optimization + Redundant Wiring Design
  4. All cables adopt low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant wires (temperature resistance ≥90℃) to avoid insulation aging in high-temperature environments; strong power supply cables are routed along the heat dissipation channels on both sides of the box, away from terminal-dense areas. Each cable reserves 5cm redundant length (fixed in a "U-shape"), which not only does not affect heat dissipation but also facilitates adjustment during server migration; install ZCEBOX micro heat dissipation grilles (ventilation rate ≥60%) on the top of the box, forming convection with the cabinet air duct to reduce the internal temperature of the box by 3-5℃, avoiding local overheating caused by high-density wiring.
Adapting to high-density data center scenarios, the wiring is both neat and orderly, meeting the core requirements of high reliability and easy maintenance.
