ZCEBOX shares 2 standardized operation tips to safely achieve expansion and replacement:1. **Choose special expansion terminals for capacity increase**  When adding new lines, prioritize ZCEBOX matching expansion terminal modules (support snap-on splicing), which can be directly clamped next to the original terminals without removing old wires. The rated current of the expansion terminal must be consistent with the original terminal (e.g., 16A terminal with 16A expansion module) to avoid uneven load caused by mixed installation.2. **Step-by-step wire replacement**  ① After power off, take photos of the original wiring layout with a mobile phone (for reference) and record the terminal position of each wire according to the marks; ② Loosen the screws of the old wire terminals one by one and gently pull out the wires (avoid pulling surrounding lines); ③ Process the new wire according to the original stripping length (7-11mm), insert it into the original terminal position and tighten it to 1.2-1.8N·m torque, then gently pull to confirm no loosening.
