Emergency Troubleshooting Tips for ZCEBOX Plastic Distribution Box Junction Boxes

Sudden faults (e.g., no power supply, overheating) of junction boxes require quick problem location. ZCEBOX shares 2 emergency troubleshooting tips to efficiently solve common issues:
- 1.Quick Troubleshooting for No Power Supply- First check if the main power switch is tripped, then test each terminal with an electric test pen—if no terminals have power, it may be a broken incoming wire; if only some terminals have no power, focus on checking the wire connection of that circuit (whether loose or copper core not pressed firmly), and re-tighten the terminal screws.

- 2.Emergency Handling for Overheating/Abnormal Noise- If the box is overheated or terminals make "sizzling" sounds, cut off power immediately! Touch terminals to locate the heating point: if a single terminal is overheated, it is likely overloaded or poorly connected—reduce the number of wires and re-tighten screws; if the whole box is overheated, check if it is close to high-temperature sources or poorly ventilated, move the box and reserve heat dissipation space.

Emergency troubleshooting can quickly stop losses and avoid fault expansion.
