Improper cover plate installation directly affects the sealing and protection effect of the junction box. ZCEBOX shares 2 key operation points to avoid common problems:

1. Align the sealing strip slot first, then fasten the cover  Before installation, confirm the sealing strip inside ZCEBOX’s cover is not displaced. Align it with the slot on the box edge and snap it gently—you’ll hear a "click" when initially fixed. Avoid seal failure caused by misaligned strips.

2. Tighten screws diagonally with even force  Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the cover screws in a "diagonal order" (e.g., top-left → bottom-right, then top-right → bottom-left). Tighten each screw until you feel slight resistance (no excessive force) to prevent cover deformation and poor sealing. Proper installation takes only 1 minute, allowing ZCEBOX’s protection performance to be fully exerted.
