Anti-Interference Wiring Tips for ZCEBOX Plastic Distribution Box Junction Boxes

Oct. 29, 2025
In industrial scenarios, electromagnetic interference is prone to causing equipment signal disorders. ZCEBOX shares 2 simple and effective anti-interference wiring tips:
  1. 1.Standard Connection of Shielded WiresIf using shielded wires, ground one end of the shield layer (connect to PE terminal) and leave the other end floating to avoid forming an interference loop due to grounding at both ends; ZCEBOX reserves a shield layer fixing position next to the terminal, which can be directly clamped to prevent the shield layer from loosening and affecting the effect.
  2. 2.Separate Arrangement of Strong and Weak ElectricityUse the partition ribs inside the box to arrange strong electricity (e.g., 220V lighting wires) and weak electricity (e.g., signal wires, control wires) in separate areas with a spacing of ≥3cm. Avoid electromagnetic fields generated by strong electricity interfering with weak electrical signals, ensuring stable equipment operation.
Standard anti-interference wiring reduces signal abnormal faults.
