Installation Mode Of Distribution Box

The distribution box shall be installed in a concealed way, embedded in the wall. When building the wall, the reserved hole shall be about 20mm larger than the length and width of the distribution box, and the reserved depth shall be the thickness of the distribution box plus the thickness of the plastering on the inner wall of the hole. When the distribution box is buried in masonry, it can be fixed by filling concrete between the box and the wall.   The distribution box shall be installed firmly, horizontally and vertically, with a vertical deviation not greater than 3mm. During concealed installation, there shall be no gap around the distribution box; the edges of the panel shall be close to the wall, and the contact part between the box and buildings or structures shall be coated with anti-corrosion paint.   For the spiral fuse installed in the distribution box, the power line shall be connected to the terminal of the intermediate contact, and the load line shall be connected to the threaded terminal. This ensures no electric shock occurs when loading or unloading the fusible core. The porcelain plug-in fuse shall be installed vertically.   In the distribution box, AC, DC or power supplies of different voltage levels shall be clearly marked. In the lighting distribution box, neutral line (N line) and protective neutral line (PE line) busbars shall be provided respectively. The neutral line and protective neutral line shall be connected to the busbars without splicing and shall be numbered.
